Why I'm Impressed….

The only drawback I had with the 9 piece global knife set was the cost. But my husband quieted these price concerns with some very compelling arguments.

First of all, these knives are built to last. It's not an exaggeration to believe that you can pass these knives down several generations. We have had this set for about 2 years now, and the knives remain as sharp as the day we bought them. Which is absolutely ludicrous. 

Even when they do eventually begin to dull (not sure how the heck they haven't yet) then simple maintenance will bring them back to full efficiency with little effort.

So if you look at them as a long term investment, then the global knife set is a bargain of a deal.

The set includes 9 luxury knives and a stainless steel counter top storage block. My first impression was "HOLY SMOKES" these really are eye catching and beautiful.

But even more importantly, the knives are constructed with a thin blade design <— This allows the user to precisely cut almost anything in the kitchen. 

The handle has darkened dimples to prevent slipping and has just enough weight to support an ideal balance. These features are incredibly important for knife safety (especially for knives as sharp as these).

Of course, the 100% stainless steel design means that all your food items maintain their original integrity. 

Although I hate to admit it, my husband was right on the money with this one… These knives will last us the rest of our lives <—- I cannot even count how many meals will be created with this global knife set masterpiece.
